• Merchandise must be unused, in original condition, with the 360 ID Tag unaltered and attached. Otherwise, the return or refund will not be processed.

Return Rules:

• A $9.95 return shipping fee is deducted if Island Cashmere provides the label.
• Sale items and gift cards are final sale (not eligible for returns).
• Merchandise bought with gift cards is eligible for exchange only.

Refunds:
You’ll be notified once the return is inspected and the refund is approved. If approved, the refund is processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing time by your bank may vary.

In-Boutique Returns & Exchanges:
Online purchases can be returned or exchanged at any physical boutique by bringing the packing slip or order email.
