Returns
Returns must be initiated within 10 days from the date of delivery.
- Merchandise must be unused, in original condition, with the 360 ID Tag unaltered and attached. Otherwise, the return or refund will not be processed.
- A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.
The required 360 ID Tag must remain securely attached. An example is shown below:
Self-Serve Returns Process:
- Log into your account on the Island Cashmere website.
- Go to order history and select the item to return.
- Click "Request Return" next to the eligible item.
- Follow prompts to finish the request.
Return Rules:
- A $9.95 return shipping fee is deducted if Island Cashmere provides the label.
- Sale items and gift cards are final sale (not eligible for returns).
- Merchandise bought with gift cards is eligible for exchange only.
Damages & Issues:
Inspect the order upon receipt. If defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact info@islandcashmere.com immediately.
Refunds:
You’ll be notified once the return is inspected and the refund is approved. If approved, the refund is processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing time by your bank may vary.
In-Boutique Returns & Exchanges:
Merchandise brought back to any Island Cashmere boutique, with a packing slip or order email, is eligible for exchange or store credit only — no refunds.
Additional Info:
- Exchanges are not available through the online return system. To exchange, return the original item and place a new order.
