Description
Two garments in one. A 70% wool, 30% cashmere coat with a clean notch collar and a button front — and beneath it, a cable-knit insert that zips to the throat, so the coat closes like a coat or opens to show the knit like a sweater underneath.
It solves the transitional weeks. Zip the insert and it is genuine cold-weather cover; leave it open and the lapels fall into a relaxed V over the cable. At 70/30 the hand is noticeably softer than a standard wool coat, and the weight carries a real winter without the bulk of one.
